South America with its renowned and numerous ski resorts offers skiers and snowboarders fun, professional ski tours and adventures. The resorts are manned with reliable, bilingual, certified and experience ski guides who have rocked the terrains for decades. Some of the interesting ski packages offered in South American resorts include; the instructional ski adventures designed to enable some beginners and learners to study new skills that will up lift their ski levels; off-piste adventure (also my preference) is made for experts to get out of the regular ski lanes and show case of their talents; and the Backcountry tours allow skiers to explore the gems of the beautiful backcountries.
Ski Resorts in South America offer many outdoor activities and are seen active all year round. The months of June to October are however the most active periods coinciding with the winter season. The resorts offer high speed skiing, cat-skiing and heli-skiing over steep slopes and deep bowls.
